Fall Cross Country Season Info Session

The XC team provides an exciting opportunity for athletes to run together, practice, and participate in Cross Country meets.

Cross country (XC) is our outdoor running season where athletes will run on open-air courses over natural terrain such as dirt, gravel or grass. The courses may pass through woodlands and open country, and include hills, flat ground and sometimes gravel road and minor obstacles. The courses are 3 - 5 Kilometers (K) and athletes will compete in the distance races depending on age:

ages 9-10 = 3k

ages 11-12 = 3k

ages 13-14 = 4k

ages 15-18 = 5k

 Season kicks off Tuesday and will run through November 

(end date may be adjusted with post-season championship meets)
